Delivery Hours
We do daily deliveries in KL & PJ between 11am to 7pm from Tuesday to Sunday. WhichKrafters need their beauty sleep on Mondays!
We can still do deliveries outside our usual hours but an additional fee will be charged. Contact us to check on rates.
Same Day Deliveries
For same-day delivery, you will need to confirm your order by 10am and your order will be delivered between 12pm-7pm.
Delivery Fees
Different delivery charges apply to different areas in the Klang Valley. It will also depend on the total amount spent.
Delivery Areas
We only deliver to selected areas in the Klang Valley. You will be prompted to do a postcode check in the Cart drawer before proceeding to Checkout.
Delivery Time
If you've given a specific delivery time, we will deliver the order within 30 minutes before or after your specified time.
If you have not provided a delivery time, we will deliver your order anytime between 12pm-7pm on the specified date.
Shipping
We ship certain products nationwide. Your parcel will take approximately 3-7 working days. Please expect delays during lockdown and national festive occasions.
