EVENT STYLING

I'm planning my event. How can i engage your services?

Do you only do event decorations?

We can do more than just the decorations! We can design your e-invite, arrange for food, beverage and desserts and coordinate the furniture for your event. We can also help settle your venue, photographer/videographer, makeup/hair if you have not decided on them. As for wedding planners/coordinators, it will be subject to their availability.

Do you require a deposit if I want to hire your event styling services?

For events below RM5,000, full payment is required. If your total is above that, we'll need 20% + 30% of the total as the security deposit and initial payment respectively upon confirmation. The security deposit applies to all non-perishables such as jars, artificial flowers, table cloth and other props. The balance will be due 14 days before the date of event.

Do you have a service and logistics fees?

Yup, we do. For a typical birthday party, it starts at RM250, depending on venue and scale of setup. This includes setup, dismantling and logistics to your venue. For other events, the charges may increase accordingly.

 

ORDERS

Can I change my order?

You will need to contact us at +6012-8072131 to change an order. However, if your order has already been prepared, you will not be able to change it.

Can I change the date of delivery?

Yes, you can as long as we haven’t prepared your order! Call us at +6012-8072131 to change the date.

Can I change the delivery address?

Yup, that's possible as long as we haven’t despatched your order! Call us at +6012-8072131 to change the delivery address.

Can I pay a deposit now and the balance upon delivery?

For the usual orders, full payment is required before we start prepping the items. Alternative payment arrangements where part-payments are accepted are only for large and customised orders made with us directly. If you would like to place a large/customised order for your event, kindly contact us at +6012-8072131.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can but we have a no refund policy.

I didn’t receive my order, can I get a refund?

Drop us a message and include your name & order number and we will contact you personally. If you don't hear from us within 30 minutes, call us immediately.

My balloons burst, can I get a refund?

We have a strict no refund policy. If a balloon bursts before we hand over the balloons to you, we guarantee that they will be replaced at no cost to you. However, once delivery is made, any burst balloons are not replaceable and non-refundable. Kindly refer below for tips on the best balloon care methods.

If you’ve followed all our tips but your balloons still burst, please let us know about it via e-mail at hello@whichkraftprojekt.com. We want you to be 100% happy with your order so if you are dissatisfied with our items or service, drop us an email, as we would like to hear from you.

 

DELIVERY

Do you do same-day delivery? If yes, how does it work?

Yes, we do same-day delivery. Orders will need to be placed before 10am and your order will be delivered between 12pm-6pm. You can specify a preferred delivery time and we will try our very best to deliver within the hour. 

However, as same-day delivery is an on-demand service, it will be subject to our availability in the event that we are already fully booked on that day. If this happens and you've already paid, we'll make an exception and give you a refund.

How much is delivery?

Different delivery charges apply to different areas in the Klang Valley. It will also depend on the total amount spent.

For bulky items such as our Mini Balloon Garland and furniture, free delivery does not apply for these orders.

Can I pick up my order from you?

Yes, you can. At the checkout click on “self pick-up” and we will provide you with the address.

Can you deliver to a specific location?

At the Shopping Cart or Checkout page, you can key in the postcode to check if we can deliver to that area. For areas that we don't cover, drop us a message on our Contact page or a Whatsapp at +6012-8072131.

What if the recipient is not there to receive the order?

We strongly advise that you arrange for someone to receive the delivery (the recipient’s friend/colleague perhaps?). FREE delivery is only for the first attempt, if delivery is unsuccessful on the 1st attempt, the items will be sent back to us and an additional fee will be applicable for the 2nd attempt, starting at RM35. 

So it's pretty crucial to provide us with the recipient's complete address and contact number, preferably of the person that'll be receiving the delivery.

When do you deliver?

Our delivery service is available from Monday to Saturday, 10am to 6pm, as we're closed on Sundays! :)

Oh and btw, we'll let you in on a little secret. Our work days are also from Monday to Saturday from 10am to 6pm. All enquiries, etc. will only be attended to during these times :) WhichKrafters need their beauty sleep.

 

SHIPPING

Where do you ship to?

Selected products such as our gift parcels, party kits and balloon garland kits can be shipped nationwide within Malaysia. 

When will I get my order?

Typically, we will take 1-2 working days to process and ship out your order from time of purchase and verification of payment. Depending on your location, the items can be expected to arrive within 4-7 working days. If you don't receive your parcel after 7 working days, please contact us here.

Sometimes, your shipment may be delayed due to unexpected events such as the Covid-19 pandemic so do factor in some leeway if this should happen.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping for selected products such as our gift parcels and party kits are free nationwide.

Can you ship perishable items such as some foods, flowers and plants?

Unfortunately, we aren't able to ship most of the perishable items due to the transit period that it takes for the parcels to reach you so we will replace the perishable items with other non-perishables.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we don't ship internationally.

 

BALLOONS

Why are the balloons air-filled? 

We are currently experiencing a worldwide shortage of helium gas. We've decided to reduce our use of it and conserve what's little left of the gas for the medical industry instead. 

Can I still order balloons with helium?

Yes, you can but it'll be at a raised price. You can contact us for more info. All balloons sold to you are air-filled on our website and we assure you it will look way more awesome. 

How long can the balloons last?

Our balloons are air-filled so they generally last for 4-5 days but they will lose the shine and begin to shrink after a few hours.

How do I make my balloons last?

Keep them in a cool, dry place for them to last as long as they can! Balloons lose air over time. The rate of air-loss is not fixed as it depends on the surrounding temperature and humidity levels. General rule of thumb: the hotter and more humid it is, the quicker they will shrink. Because of this, we cannot guarantee how long your balloons will “last”. 

We don't advise leaving the balloons in your car with no a/c, as the heat will greatly affect them. The worst case scenario is they will burst due to the heat.

Is it safe to drive with balloons in my car?

Balloons may block your rear view or be a distraction that may result in road accidents. We strongly advise that you use our delivery service to transport balloons as our delivery teams are skilled in transporting them. It is a hard question to answer. The most logical and obvious answer is no but well, we leave it up to your discretion :)

How big are your balloons?

All our balloon sizes are found in the product description section. This is helpful when you need to gauge whether our balloons can fit in your car, should you decide to pick up your order from us.

Will I get a replacement for burst balloons?

Unfortunately, the answer is no, unless the balloon burst before it was handed to you.

Can you help me arrange balloons at the venue?

Yes, we can do this for a minimal fee. Just leave a message in the box provided at the Checkout Page and one of our Whichkrafters will get back to you. We usually pump up the balloons and deliver them to you inflated but if you want us to pump up balloons at the venue, a setup fee will apply.

 

FLOWERS

What type of flowers will I get?

Each arrangement is made with an assortment of flowers in the chosen colour palette. We pinky promise to deliver the freshest flowers so certain flowers may still be in their budding stage to ensure a longer life. It will also depend on the availability at the time of order, as fresh flowers are imported and seasonal.

How do I keep my flowers fresh?

Fresh flowers can last for more a couple of days if the right steps are taken. Always keep the flowers in a cool place and change the water every other day.

  1. Flower Bouquets - Grab your best jar or vase and fill it up with clean, lukewarm water. Remove all the wrapping, thoroughly clean the stems and trim an inch off the bottom bit at an angle. Arrange them in the jar, making sure all the stems are submerged under water.
  2. Flowers in a Vase - Re-trim the stems and change the water every other day to keep it clean. Remove any leaves or petals below the waterline and snip off dying flowers as they begin to wilt to maintain healthy blooms. 

Why do my flowers look different from the webshop photo?

Our bouquets are uniquely krafted and made to order so no two bouquets are the same. The photos are actual arrangements of previous bouquets that we arranged and delivered to real customers like you.

 

GIFT PARCELS, PARTY KITS & BALLOON GARLAND KITS

Can I customise my gift parcel, party kits or balloon garland kits?

Yes, you can customise your gift parcels! Our minimum order for customised gift parcels are 10 boxes. Please drop us a message to customise your order.

For party kits and balloon garland kits, please contact us and we'll see what we can do for you :)

Do you do corporate gifts?

Yup, we do! If you'd like to gift your employees, suppliers or business partners with a not-your-typical-gift, we can curate and customise a gift parcel for your company at a minimum order of 10 boxes. Please contact us here to find out more.

Can I order one really special gift parcel curated from scratch?

Yes, you can with a minimum spend of RM250. Let us know the items you would like us to include and we will try to work something out for you. Do drop us a message to chat further.

I don't live in Klang Valley. Can I still get one of your party kits?

Yup, you absolutely can! Our gift parcels, party kits and balloon garland kits can be shipped to other states outside of Klang Valley.

Just note that due to the time period that it takes for the parcel to reach you, there are certain items that cannot be included in the gift parcels but fret not as we will replace them with other items of the same value with a longer shelf life.
