REFUND POLICY

BALLOONS

For our balloons, we have a strict no refund policy. If a balloon pops before or during delivery, we will replace with new balloons. No returns can be made after balloons have been delivered to you.

FLOWERS & PLANTS

As the cut flowers are highly temperamental and perishable, we are unable to accept returns after they have been delivered to you. We also aim to deliver the freshest options available for our flowers and plants. We can offer a replacement if the flowers and plants are delivered in an unacceptable condition.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We take great care in packing our items securely to make sure that everything gets to you in one piece. However, in the rare occasion and for reasons beyond our control, some items (especially the fragile ones such as our pots, mugs, etc.) may get damaged or broken in transit. If this ever happens, we can offer you store credit of equal value as the damaged item.

RETURNS

All sales are final after they have been delivered to you. We will not be able to accept returns.

CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order one (1) day before the intended delivery date. However, as we do not do refunds, we can offer you store credit of equal value as your paid amount. Please drop us a message on our Contact page or a WhatsApp at +6012-807 2131.
