TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR RENTAL ITEMS

DELIVERY OR COLLECTION METHODS

1. Delivery or collection of rental items will be from Mondays to Saturdays from 11am - 6pm.

1.1 Return of rental items will be from Mondays to Saturdays from 11am - 6pm.

1.2 If you wish to collect your own rental items please check with us if your vehicle is suitable.

1.3 All delivery or collection of rental items are to be made during our office hours, if you request for items to be delivered or collected outside the operating hours time frame, there will be an additional charge of RM50. 

RENTAL PERIOD

2. Rental period is only for 24 hours.

2.1 If you require an extension on the rental items please submit a request to us during booking and it will be based on the item’s availability.

2.2 Any rental period longer than 24 hours will incur an additional rental fee of RM100 a day.

2.3 You are required to book your rental items at least 3 days before collection or delivery date. So we can get it ready and pack it up for you.

2.4 A late return penalty is incurred if the rental item is returned after the confirmed return date. 

BOOKINGS, SECURITY DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS

3. Initial deposit is required to secure your rental items.

3.1 A security deposit is required to ensure safe handling of rental items, it is fully refundable upon safe return of the items.

3.2 Any damages or cost of fixing the damaged rental item will be deducted from the security deposit. 

3.3 Any damage or late return penalties will be deducted from your deposit.

3.4 Deposit will be refunded within 2-3 working days after the rental item is returned. 

.CLEANING FEE, DAMAGES OR LOSS

4. Please check rental items upon acceptance.

4.1 Please return all rental items in the same condition as when we delivered them to you.

4.2 Any packaging or boxes are to be returned together with the rental items.

4.3 All rental items will have to be clean when returned.

4.4 You are responsible for any damages on the rental items.
